Interactive Customer Engagement System – iCES
GroundedPower’s content-rich, patent-pending Interactive Customer Engagement System – iCES, makes energy consumption visible and actionable, but that's only part of the story. More importantly, from an intuitive dashboard, the energy consumer can create goals, select and commit to energy savings tasks and habit changes, link to utility efficiency and rebate programs, share experiences with others and track their success and reward potential. iCES provides a consumer their own window into the world of energy savings approaches and management, as well as simple and effective ways to communicate with peers and their utility. iCES seamlessly integrates into the utility’s current web platform enhancing its communications with customers, while providing the tools to reduce energy costs and support other activities and programs. iCES works with any technology that can transmit consumption information to the Internet.

Home & Building Area Networks
GroundedPower provides both Home and Building Area Networks. The GroundedPower CT series power monitor transmits real-time consumption data wirelessly to the WG series GroundedPower gateway that uploads the data to a secure web server. The communications link between the gateway and the server is Internet based, but also can support cellular, advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), or a Smart Meter, as part of the AMI. GroundedPower provides the sleek and simple Glance in-home and building displays as an optional component of the iCES platform.

Service & Support
GroundedPower delivers ongoing support and update programs for its iCES software platform. GroundedPower can also provide planning and implementation services required to deploy its home and building area networks. Although the iCES system is very easy to use and requires limited ongoing management, GroundedPower can customize a complete management program to provide planning and ongoing support in a managed service approach.

Measurement & Verification
The measurement and verification process is a major focus within GroundedPower. The GroundedPower iCES system provides in-depth reporting by individuals and groups that enhances the M&V process. We work closely with our clients and deliver M&V through the use of independent experts.
