iCES Drives Persistent Savings!
iCES is much more than just a web portal for analyzing energy use trends and comparative reports. It’s a full end-to-end customer engagement and communications platform incorporating those attributes most critical to engaging and sustaining consumers in the energy management process. The entire behavioral process is created in one window and at the fingertips for a consumer – committing to energy savings goals and tracking them, a simple and effective home energy audit, reviewing problem areas, quickly analyzing ongoing consumption vs. personal targets, comparative assessments vs. a customizable set of like users, an environment for taking action, ongoing communications, reinforcement and support for those actions, a compelling challenges and rewards capability and more.
The GroundedPower iCES system supports real-time data input from multiple sources including GroundedPower and 3rd party monitoring equipment. iCES can support a variety of metering enviornments including legacy, AMR and AMI. The system supports electricity and gas operations as well. Understanding that there will be multiple constituents that use the system, GroundedPower provides the ability to simultaneously deliver information through multiple channels including the online web dashboard as well as email, mobile/PDA, mail and through GroundedPower’s GLANCE in-home and building display unit. One size does not fit all and GroundedPower planned iCES with the capability to support multiple constituents.
Consumers are engaged in the energy management process like never before. Utilities are able to provide an environment for energy efficiency, demand response and communications that drives persistent savings, improves customer service and enhances system reliability.
